My name is Julianne Moffitt and I am thrilled to be your child's kindergarten teacher! This is my seventh year at Highland Elementary School, but my eleventh year teaching kindergarten!

 

I earned my Master of Arts in Teaching in Early Childhood Education from Kent State University in 2010. I've also obtained my 4-5 generalist and K-12 reading endorsements through Ohio University. Before coming to Stow, I spent four years teaching kindergarten in Jackson Township. I also taught preschool at the Goddard School for a year and have been an academic tutor in the Massillon City School District.  The Stow-Munroe Falls City School District is truly a terrific place to be! I feel very fortunate to LOVE what I do and share my passion with young learners. My primary goal is to support your child during this introductory year in formal education and leave them feeling confident and excited about learning! We will make many wonderful memories together along the way!

I live in Hudson with my husband, Mike, and our four children, Denver, Gavin, Ross, and Lila (yes, this photo is a little outdated). In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family, staying active, and shopping :)
